The above output will give all the settings for the Nextcloud Office app. I went in an delete every single one of the settings by hand using the occ command. Replace the [setting_name] in the below command with the settings you wish to delete from the list
sudo -u www-data php occ config:app:delete richdocuments [setting_name]
