Not only that, Luke himself labors in the book of Acts to showhow valuable signs and wonders are in winning people to Christ. Hedoes not portray them as a threat to the gospel, but as a witnessto the gospel. The reason the church prayed so passionately in Acts4:29-30 for signs and wonders to happen is because God was using themto bring multitudes to Christ.
