Cool i will let you know guys because i am trying to create a PayPal Account because i already have made a PayPal account in the past and someone knew my password so i cancelled the card. Right now i tried to make a new account and because i have already made in the past another card, PayPal don't let me create another account. I am trying to make in other Bank an account so i can create a new card.
